Delivery/installation date was 2 weeks out, which was okay as we. Had the opportunity to get a used table in excellent condition, along with maple cue sticks, triangle rack and Belgium balls. We wanted one with a dining top and had never considered using the ping pong. Wonderful customer service, knowledgeable and extremely helpful with selecting the pool table that would work for us. Dominique was awesome, not over bearing to get a sale but informative enough to help us make a decision. But I would buy from them as it's a family run store. I am very disappointed in their customer service, and I will think twice from giving them any future business again.Expensive? Oh yea. We had an issue with some imperfections on the table and Tony Fodor got it replaced. At least in my case, it appears they only care about the sale and are not willing to help if a problems arise. As of right now and after 1 week and two calls to Fodors, I have not received any response from her. She had no answer and said she would check into it again and get back to me. Established in 1975, Fodor Billiards & Barstools has been owned and operated by the Fodor Family. A week later, I called and talked to the same rep. Since the rep did not know at the time, I asked her to call me when she had time to ask one of her other reps or the manufacturer of the chair regarding the squeak. Looking back on our conversation, it is hard to imagine I am the first and only person who had a squeak on a mechanical chair. The rep first told me this was the first time that anyone commented on a squeaky chair and offered no help regarding how to fix the squeak or where i t could be coming from. I contacted Fodors about a week ago and asked one of the reps if they had any idea on how to fix the squeak or where the squeak could be coming from. Recently, one of the chairs developed a major squeak.
